Ololong' is derived from Oloonong'ot, the Maasai word for Mt.Longonot. The word translates to 'steep ridges', one of the many features of the mountain. The ring was designed to mimic the perimeter walk around the mountain's crater. Taking half the crater length to shape the leading edge of the ring, and the other half the trailing, giving you a seamless organic shape. A piece of Kenya, from Kenya, for you.
Designed on location: Mt.Longonot National Park, Naivasha Kenya.
